About The Company :
ITyX was founded in 1996 by graduates of the Faculty of Computer Linguistics at the University of Koblenz. The Mediatrix software solutions are the result of various research projects by ITyX from a collaboration of leading German universities and research institutes. We use auto-adaptive methods that are based on state-of-the-art systems of linguistics and AI (Artificial Intelligence). Our systems are designed to analyse and understand all types of text and documents, independent of their language, structure or composition.
Along with recognition (Text-Mining) and routing (Data-Routing) of documents, ITyX methods extract data and evaluation groups from documents (Information Extraction). After applying relevant controls and filters, they are filed and indexed in existing knowledge management systems. Various data sources are consolidated and made accessible using Mediatrix KNOWLEDGE (Information Retrieval).

Desired Technical Competencies
Applicant should have expertise and experience in the following
o Knowledge of Core Java (Swing, JDBC)
o Excellent debugging skills
o 1 years of experience on Level-2 support
o Experience in analyzing customer issues and requests, develop necessary actions and ensure optimal
levels of customer satisfaction.
o Ability to administer all resources and ensure delivery of product fixes within timeframe.
o Manage all customer issues and resolve it through email and phone, if required escalate it to required
o Provide support to all developers and evaluate customer designs and recommend procedures for optimal
use of products.
o Provide solutions to all customers and partners and ensure effective deployment.
o Administer all contractual obligations for clients and escalate issues if required.
