Animaker is an online video making platform that allows users to create and share videos. It allows individual users who do not have prior video making experience to create pro-quality videos with top class visuals and features like never before. It helps to convert any form of reports and data to more attractive visuals and videos.

Desired Experience: 0-2 years

Target Batch Passout: 2015-2017

Salary: INR 2.16 LPA to INR 3 LPA(The final CTC will be depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Course Specialization: B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MCA

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-Take ownership of user issues reported and resolve it.
-Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve user issues
-Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
-Provide prompt and accurate feedback to users.
-Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
-Prepare accurate and timely reports
-Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles

Requirements and Eligibility Criteria:
-Basic knowledge in C, C++ ,HTML and CSS
-Expertise in DBMS
-Strong problem-solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-A quick learner with deep understanding of the Product is a must.
