Position Description & Specification
- Must have 2+ years of experience with the following skills: (Less than 2 years any technical experience may be considered Subject to HRs consent)
- Passionate about bringing customer delight by helping them in support queries about our in-house built product using ticketing tool and emails.
- Interact and co-ordinate with our engineering team to get software issues and bugs resolved
- Experience in application level troubleshooting
- Maintain and update knowledgebase, documentation and FAQs
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent communication (written and spoken) skills
- Is willing to work in rotating shifts (night shifts from your home - we have flexible work from home policy)
- Customer support is a religion at our company and we have high standards and expectations. Everyone in the company, including CEO, keeps customer support at first priority.
- Preferable Candidate: Product support orientation, Should be ready to join in 60 days.
