Proactively coach, mentor and counsel by providing recognition and constructive feedback for all trainers/trainees.
Actively participate in miscellaneous training projects and tasks as appropriate.
Be proactive in enhancing the effectiveness of the present team along with the new hires.
Facilitate Training need analysis and help with development and delivery of training.
Monitor the daily functions of the Process and ensure smooth operation of all activities. Take initiative to resolve issues, if any.
Reports to work regularly and on time.
Able to multi-task.
Excellent Communication skills in Hindi, English and regional language; verbal and listening skills.
Highly performance oriented/ target oriented.
Creating a supportive and engaging training environment.
Design and development of training curriculum
Well-developed Negotiation /Communication skills (Verbal & Written).
Ability to work in a team environment with a customer service focus.
Good analytical skills.
