1) Examining and verifying all the documents of the property and the parties involved in the transaction of sale purchase.
2) It also involves checking of all the judgments’ and liens against the property and the parties involved. (Such as Deed of Trust, Judgments’, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure etc.)
3) Typing legal description of a property
4) The job majorly involves County Search.
Skill Set Required:
1. Should be a graduate.
2. Excellent Keyboard Skills - Typing speed must be above 35 w.p.m. with 95% + accuracy.
3. Good Aptitude
4. Candidate must have excellent command on computer skills (Ms Office).
5. Good verbal and written communication skills.
6. Should have good Analytical skills.
7. Candidates should be flexible with shifts (24*7), preferably night shifts.
8. Knowledge of accounting a plus.
