Tagove is new online communication software that reinvents the relationship between customers and companies.  It aims to re-create face-to-face communication by offering live text chat, voice and video call, as well as screen sharing and co-browsing capabilities.Tagove allows businesses to communicate more effectively with their customers and increase sales/conversions, and inevitably, a better customer experience


Job Location: Ahmedabad

Desired experience- 0-2 years

Course Specialization- B.Tech/BE./B.Sc./BCA/BBA/MBA/MCA

Training/Probation Period- None

Salary- INR 2 LPA-5 LPA

Job Description and Skillset:
- Prepare responses to Requests for Information
- Development of Industry specific marketing presentations
- Follow up campaigns to generate new prospect leads, identifying and qualifying opportunities for new business
- Work in tandem with Sales Personnel
- Liaison with Practice Heads to understand details of services and clients
- Responsible for staying abreast of services roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each of the services and how these are applied to address HR problems
- Pre event & post event communication in order to increase event registrations as well as nurture leads generated through an event
- Responsible for staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors
- Responsible fixing meetings for Sales personnel and tailoring communications to potential clients as part of the pre-sales process
- Responsible for working on CRM from Presales standpoint
- Engage and interact with decision makers at a senior level to identify new and emerging business opportunities.
- Should have USA ascent
- Should be talk and live chat with client
