The industry is mostly made up of small to midsize entrepreneurial local businesses which cooperate together to deliver door to door services in loose ad hoc relationships. Due to this agent to agent system, most moving and relocation service companies do not operate standardized software and although the business relies on the cooperation of overseas partners in order to complete a service delivery; their systems are disparate and disconnected.

Job Description and Skill Set Required:
-Candidates must have experience in PL SQL Development in a Linux environment.
-Candidates must have communication Skills (verbal/written)
-Candidates must hve worked in Development and production environment.
-Experience in SQL tuning and coding standards
-Strong knowledge of software implementation & best practices as a developer
-Worked on Performance tuning will be an added advantage
-Interest in hands-on development- R&D mindset on new topics and ideas
-Good logical thinking and problem solving/ debugging skills required
-Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment & to learn new concepts and software is necessary
-Should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team player
-Passionate about building high-quality systems
