Job Description:

You will be working with the Delhi Operations team to improve safety on the Uber platform and improve rider & driver experience on Uber. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution on safety initiatives, from the strategic planning stages through implementation to performance monitoring.

Please note: This is a full-time contractual role with the maximum contract period of 18 months.

What you’ll do

- Develop a deep understanding of the Uber business

- Derive actionable insights from data to identify initiatives that would make the Uber platform safer

- Be responsible for training & educational programs for riders as well as drivers

- Manage external agency partners to execute on-ground operations

- Build, own and communicate progress against campaign KPIs

What you’ll need

- Execution focus: top-notch project management skills, focus and the ability to get things done

- Great communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively - in Hindi as well as English

- Basic Excel skills

- A detail oriented mindset and an inclination towards process discipline and governance while multi-tasking several projects

- Self-starter, keen to deliver positive results for the business, and have a strong desire to learn

- Cost Effectiveness: keep a tight hold on costs and negotiate effectively with external agencies & vendors
