Job Description: 

Training and placement of the students in the industry.

Industry Institute Interaction.

To arrange the placement of the students through campus interviews during their course of study as well as after their passing out final campus placements).

Interacting & developing report with all external/internal constituents of client at all levels; for maximum client retention and achievement of service revenues.

Coordinating with the companies to understand their requirements in terms of candidate's skill set, work experience, salary range, notice period etc.

Following a well defined process for short listing and scrutinizing the resumes identifying prospective candidates with required skills.

Regular follow-ups with the client to confirm the staffing plans and ensure whether the candidates needs are met.

Skills Required: Good communication skill.

Interview Process: Technical, HR and Business Round.
