Job Description:

- Build a very responsive front-end and a robust back-end.
- Manage a team of engineers.
- Keep the codebase and database in order.
- Managing team development by ensuring that project tasks are in line with each Innovator\'s career interests.
* Conduct effective performance evaluations and mentor those with less experience through formal channels .
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Writing detailed documentation for usage of end users and computer operators.
- Consulting various sources to learn new ways to develop programs.
- Updating, repairing, modifying and expanding existing software and generic applications

Skill Set Required:

- Ability to lead the project and work independently.
- Expertise in PHP, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of MVC framework
- Experience of software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assist other team members in problem solving.
- Knowledge of templating system such as Smarty is a plus
