Job Description:

-Web development experience in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript

-OOPS experience with an MVC PHP framework is required. (Atleast one - Laravel, Yii, Zend, Codeigniter)

-Experience in WordPress, Magento will be added advantage.

-Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

-Strong technically, and should be able to code and contribute

-Plan and manage the entire lifecycle of the project from requirements gathering to production support.

-Responsible to take a requirement from scratch and deliver a quality output

-An experienced team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who has the ability to work independently under pressure. Good analytical & communication skills.

-Work with team/ management to collect and prioritize system requirements, develop delivery plans and meet aggressive deadlines, develop code, participate in architecture of new capabilities and debug, troubleshoot production support.

-Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges

-Establish and follow coding standards

-Ensure that project issues are communicated in a timely and effective manner

-Provide status updates to customers and management, communication challenges, risks, develop plans to mitigate project risks

-Manage developers and QA team members by planning the assignments, tracking activities, ensuring they can meet their schedule and quality commitments

-Write necessary documentation and procedures for implementation

-Strong work ethic and leadership skills - ability to organize, utilize and motivate team members

-Participate in hiring, training, reviewing performance, and developing team members
