Job Description:

PHP Developer:
Responsible for the creation and implementation of a wide variety of Web-based products using PHP, JavaScript, MySQL and AJAX.
Participating in a team-oriented environment to develop complex web-based applications.
Experience in Web Application Development using PHP / (MySQL, MongoDB) of which at least three years in any MVC based PHP Framework such as Yii, Code Igniter Or CakePHP is a must.
Developing Rich UI based web application using HTML 2.0 web standards, AJAX,
JavaScript libraries and framework such as JQuery and Prototype

Sr PHP Developer:
Analyze requirements to create task breakdowns and time estimates.
Resolve any software defects found in the QA process and release code to production.
Initiative and self-motivation to tackle projects with minimal oversight.
he/she should be friendly, approachable and a good team player with excellent self-learning
skills.
Should be able to work independently or with a team and should be able to guide the
junior members in the team.
Have the initiative to drive forward the team's efforts to meet the deadline and deliver a
quality product that the team can be proud of.
Interact with the client to create technology specifications from business requirements for modules within the project.

Skill Set Required:

PHP Developer:
Should be able to work in any of the frameworks like Yii, Code Igniter, CakePHP
Experience in handling Technilogies like PHP (Magento, Drupal, osCommerce, X-Cart, Joomla) and other open Source technolgies.
Should be responsible for deliverying the projects in time.
Responsible for developing high traffic sites maintaining high standards
0-1 years of software development experience in PHP, Wordpress.
Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc
Should have understanding of software development life-cycle and best practices.

Sr PHP Developer:
Good command on PHP, MYSql, Code-Igniter, CakePHP,Yii, Zend, Symfony, OOPs, Web services.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Candidate should be enthusiastic to work in a team and feel positive about the work;
Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript , AJAX and CMS (Magento, Wordpress, Joomla) is an added benefit.
Candidate should have atleast minimum 1 Year of Experience from PHP Developer Background with sql.
Able to handle Team of junior Developers
Should have experience in E-Commerce Projects
