- Writing well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
- Integrating data from various back-end services and databases
- Gathering and refining specifications and requirements based on technical needs
- Maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
- Staying plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and applying them into operations and activities
- Cooperating with web designers to match visual design intent

Skill Set Required:
- Experience in web development in PHP & MYSQL
- Experience in building highly scalable web applications
- Good working knowledge of W3C technologies (XML, DOM, CSS, HTML, etc.)
- Ability to design and implement best web based applications
- Knowledge of emerging web based technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong technical leadership qualities
