Job  Description :
-  Take the ownership of the product and have the ability to think consistently about ways to make the product better
-  Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules.
-  Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges jumping at the first answer.

Skill Set Required:
-  At least 6 months+ development experience in core PHP and Laravel Framework.
-  Solutions-oriented thinking; always looking for the smart solution to a problem rather than.
-  Have the dynamism, enthusiasm, and attitude of working in a startup.
-  The inclination to learn and keep evolving and while having the right virtues and ethos of a professional.
-  Experience in other PHP MVC Framework such as Codeigniter or Symphony is a plus.
-  Thorough understanding of front-end technologies.
-  Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming.
-  Understanding accessibility and security compliance.
-  Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions.
-  Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
-  Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
-  Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds.
-  Creating database schema that represents and support business processes.
-  Understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages.
-  Proficient understanding of code version tools, such as Git, svn.
