Job Description:

-The personal learning manager is responsible for guiding a learner throughout the learning journey.

-Would help the learner complete his/her learning goals, by guiding him/her through the course curriculum and getting all the necessary learning helps, ensuring that the learner attends all the classes, find out gaps in learning behavior, ensures that the learner is engaged, address the complains and drive customer satisfaction.

-Must be technically able to understand a learners queries, even though she isn’t directly responsible to solve them. 

-Must poses outstanding written and verbal communication skill with great command over meaningful articulation. 

Note*

-Shift: Day Shift

-6 days per week, Saturday and Sunday working day, Weekday off

-No Conveyance provided/ Shift Allowance provided
