Job Description:

- To tap new Associate Partners (AP) / Channel Development Associates (CDA)

- To achieve set target for the territory

- Preparation and submission of daily reports

- To guide and assist / ensure the performance of the Associate Partners / Channel Development Associates

- To co-ordinate with Operations team to deliver all commitments made to AP / CDA

- Lead Generate through Cold calling, Follow up, Documentations

- To have market information and competition activity in the territory

Skill Set Required:

- Significant experience in business development or related field.

- Enthusiasm for business planning, negotiating agreements, commercial management and data analysis.

- Superior business sense, problem solving, relationship management and negotiations skills.

- Preferably from Telecom / Insurance / Pharma / FMCG Industry
