Job Description:

MIDP Hospitality Pvt Ltd seeks self-driven motivated, committed and experienced professional as the Outlet Manager for their Quick Service F&B Outlet Bhukkad.
Bhukkad is a start-up driven by young and energetic entrepreneurs who seek individuals to work with them and grow along with the company. Professional and Creative along with responsible and well informed.

1. Opening the outlet &Setting of the Cash Counter
2. Opening of the Beverage Counter
3. Checking for supplies and Stores
4. Ordering of Supplies and Stores
5. Directing and Controlling operations at the outlet
6. Finishing Reports and Logs
7. Handling the Cash & Beverage counter at times of operations
8. Dealing with Customers and handling any Guest Complaints/grievances
9. Maintaining Health and Hygiene Standards
10. Ensuring Higher Sales
11. Reporting to the City Manager/Director
12. Motivating fellow employees and co-workers
13. Maintaining Attendance books
14. Creating Duty Roster
15. Handling the Cash & Beverage counter at times of operations
16. Closing of the Outlet
17. Day to Day Accounting
18. Outlet Stock Taking and POS Entry
19. Overviewing Maintenance & Hygiene
