Profile Offered:Oracle HCM Cloud Technical

Job location: Bangalore

Course Specialization:Any Graduation

Desired Experience: 2-6 Years

Role Responsibilities

 

  • Should have 1.5-3 years of work experience in Oracle HCM Cloud as a technical consultant
  • Should have worked extensively on BI Publisher and OTBI Reporting
  • Experience in Fast Formula's, HCM and Payroll extracts
  • Knowledge/experience in data loading using HCM Data Loader
  • Should have prior experience working with Approval rules in BPM
  • Should be familiar with Flexfields
  • Experience in performing customizations
  • Knowledge on configuring security - both functional access as well as data access
  • Any experience on integration between Oracle HCM Cloud and other applications using Webservices would be an added advantage
  • Should have worked on atleast couple of HCM Modules. Should be familiar with the underlying tables used in these modules

  • Should be a team player
  • Flexible for short term travel
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and transparent environment including onsite offshore model
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
