We are a parallel educational program for children of age 05 to 14 years. We strive to create an interactive learning platform for the participants through hands-on activities, science experiments, fun projects, science games, puzzles, science expeditions, role plays and other innovative pedagogy techniques. Salary: INR 1.2 LPA [ Salary would be revised based on the candidate performance during the training period of 6 months ]

Job Description:
-Preparing innovative lesson plans for a range of classes for kids of different ages and abilities
-Researching on Kinesthetic learning for CBSE and ICSE curriculum
-Preparing class works and Worksheets for kids to create interest in science education.
-Designing classes with practical approach involving Experiments, Fun projects, Creative assessment, Mind Mapping, Role plays, Nature walk etc rather a chalk and talk method.
-Should be able to take care of day to day operations of the office to ensure smooth functioning of courses, centers and HO
-Should be able to liaison between vendors, coordinators and part time instructors for various courses
-Should be able to teach kids in the absence of an instructor.
-Should be able to host birthday Parties for kids, Science Shows, Corporate events etc

Skills Set Required:
-Highly Energetic and dynamic.
-Should speak Fluent English.
-Thorough with Excel and word.
-Passionate about kids and science.
-Adequate Internet knowledge.
-Sincere to the work.
-Good communication
