Job location: New Delhi

Desired Experience: 0-1 Year

Target Batch Passout:  2014-2016

Salary: INR  2.4 LPA-This CTC will be applicable post the successful completion of training of 6 Months
Stipend during training period – INR 7500 per month
(The final CTC will depend upon candidates’ performance during the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Course Specialization: B.E./B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc

Tentative date of joining: Immediate

Tenative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description:  
Candidate will be responsible for following:
-Daily, Weekly and Monthly activities as defined for the project
-IT Infrastructure Monitoring for the project
-Resolve routine customer problem and issues
-Log issues
-Create/Update Project related documents like User Manual, Troubleshooting Guide, Training material etc.
-Follow-up with Delivery on Bugs/Development related issues
-Awareness of defined SLAs and respond in accordance
-Awareness of defined organization and customer processes

Skill Set Required:
Candidates must have following skills:
-Good knowledge of PL/SQL, Linux
-Excel, Shell script (Preferred)
-Good communication skill
-Analytical skills
-Adaptable & Flexible

Interview Process:
-Written Test/Machine Test
-Face to face Interview
