Slackin is a hospitality startup to bring the flexible stays and great meetings places at affordable prices to masses. They are the team of people from INSEAD, IIT and NIT and looking to hire Operations Guys who are go getters and have great Entrepreneurial drive.

Salary: INR 1.44 LPA to INR 2.16 LPA (Depending upon the candidate’s performance during the interview)

Job Description:

- Manage end to end customer experience and hence closely work with the business owners on Service Quality and Customer Experience.

- Inspect and approve the spaces to be listed on portals

- Understanding of Interior, décor, housekeeping and Pantry management for great experience to the end customer.

- Train and Guide the Business Owners and their team from time to time on quality service

- Work closely with Business Development Team on tie ups

- Understanding of the hospitality sector and growing startups potential in this field

- Innate ability to connect to customer’s delightful experience at every transactions level will make you a Champion at this post.

Skills Required:

- Understanding of burgeoning hospitality tech and startup sector

- Team player and should be able to take ownership of task

- Should be a go getter

- Coordinate well with Management, Executives and Interns

- Good Communication skills
