- The role requires managing Customer Support Executives, allotting targets and keeping track of CSEs\\\' work progress.
- Managing customer records and keeping a track of payment transactions.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction level and improving customer experience.
- Candidate should be persuasive, application & diligence and quick learner .
- Candidate must have good understanding of Ms word, excel .
- Candidate must have good analytical and problem solving
- Candidate with experience in managing Operations will be given preference.
