Job Description:
-Fleet Acquisition : Employing creative methods to reach out to the supply (trucks and commercial vehicles ) and engaging them and getting them under the company.
-Fleet Retention : Maintaining and nurturing a relationship with the field staff to ensure they abide by the service A level commitments and are loyal to the company.
-Fleet Training : Engaging with the staff to ensure they understand and can operate the products given to them.

Skill Set Required:
-Age Limit between 21 to 30 years. Smart Personality required.
-A very strong bias for action
-Always focused on doing what's right for the business. High energy, passion and high level of enthusiasm. Create an -environment where others want to follow
-Ability to connect with people across teams & levels
-Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
-Strong inter-personal skills, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
-Two Wheeler is a must.Preferably male
-Good command over Local language(Kannada).
