Job Description and responsibities:
- Conduct Property audits against predetermined standards
- Take care of Procurements and Sourcing for Central Office and Properties
- Handle document movements between Central Office and External Stakeholders (Landlords)
- Place orders as per planned inventory for properties and coordinate for timely deliveries
- Regularly monitoring and prioritizing property activities and Sharing Daily and Weekly Reports
- Schedule Site Visit to Identify Prospective Properties
- Basic Knowledge in Excel and ability to use Google Sheets is a Plus
- Good Communication Skill, Local Language is Mandatory
- Hustler and Keen to work under pressure at scale
- Should be willing to travel across Bangalore
- Experience in Real Estate industry is a Plus
Requirements
- Candidate must have his two wheeler
- This job will be on the field most of the time, hence should be willing to travel
- Smart guy will good spoken skills in English, Kannada will be plus
- If knows Excel it will be good
- Fuel will be reimbursed
