Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Monitoring customer feedback and resolving queries.
- Liaising with the logistics team to optimise delivery schedules.
- Identifying process gaps and building automated solutions with the help of the Technical team.
- Identifying business opportunities and working with the founding team on executing expansion plans.
- Self-learners
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Eager to work with startups and gain front to back understanding of how business works.
