Salary: INR 2.4 LPA(The final CTC will depend upon candidates’ performance during the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Job Details:
- Managing daily operations
- Review and respond to inbound queries
- Build rapport and relationship with customer/partner and obtain their feedback
- Tracking, monitoring and improving the efficiency of operations

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Gain an overall understanding of the industry, our business, and the operations function
- Manage the company's operations with clients and partners.
- Communicate with the higher management to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently.
- Monitor the performance metrics
