Job Description :

- Efficient at handling key accounts, maintaining healthy relationships with the borrowers & achieving customer satisfaction.

- An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills, strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.

- Proficient in formulating effective debt recovery mechanisms for ensuring timely receipt of EMIs from customers.

- Efficient at preparing MIS reports.

- Should be able to handle backend activities

- Efficient at handling voice and non voice based activities in a target driven environment.

- Be organized, apt and prompt in notifying the situation and updating the same to the supervisor.

- Serve as a liaison between the internal and external stakeholders keeping in mind the objectives, limits, conformance and information privacy.

- Good at multitasking, managing & coordinating with the other team members.

- Efficient at vendor relationship management.

- Ensuring quality of work is maintained with 100% adherence to the policies.

Skill Set Required : 

- Work experience of 0-2 years

- Strong communication skill to communicate clearly and effectively with clients in their preferred language (English & Hindi)

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

- Should have good convincing ability

- Should be hardworking and ready to stretch in the situation of work pressure
