An IN HOUSE job requiring use of computers/ internet/ telephone.

1.Co-ordinating efforts of field support engineers

2.Reporting and trouble ticket updation into computer.

3.Management of after sales support activities

4.Full time - permanent job

5.Regular office hours

6.Office is located right ON the HUDA-Delhi Metro Line

Desired Skills & Experience

CONFIDENCE, INITIATIVE, OWNERSHIP

1.Female- either age group between 21-25 yrs

2Good user of Internet and office productivity applications

3.Decent communication skills ( English/ Hindi), ability to handle customers.

4.Graduate with at least 8 months of work experience in an office environment

5.Confidence in their own ability to handle all kinds of situations

6.Resident of areas close to Green Park or near the HUDA – Gurgaon Yellow Metro Line.
