Designation Offered: Operations Delivery Associate (MR)

Detailed Job Description-

• Sets up data processes and then runs the data through them
• Assists in QC of programmed surveys
• Population of PowerPoint
• Gain basic understanding of navigating (not coding) some of the 3rd part tools
• and technologies like ConfirmIT and other excel based internal Market Research tools

Key responsibilities and activities

• Develops and executes a rigorous quality check (QC) plan for programmed surveys
• Maintains a log of issues tested and validates that any identified issues have been fixed
• Executes standardized QC processes on the datafile to ensure data integrity
• Identifies and flags outliers / unusual cases for discussion  
• Sets up analysis tool for basic analysis from market research data
• Executes additional analysis by segmenting data as necessary
• Develops PowerPoint slides to communicate findings
• Populates the PowerPoint template and ensures slides are systematically checked for quality

Qualifications & Key requirements

• BSc & B.A degrees in Mathematics, Economics or Statistics.
• A demonstrated record of academic success and evidence of superior analytic skills required
• Strong aptitude towards software tools / coding in setting up analysis; training computer courses preferred
• Prior experience in a market research agency with responsibility for executing analysis and generating reports preferred
• Experience with ConfirmIT, Tableau,  SPSS, and/or SAS preferred
• Strong problem solving and investigation skills
• Aptitude for learning new skills quickly
• Excellent organizational and task management skills to deliver timely and accurate solutions
• Strong work ethic and personal initiative
• Ability to collaborate with internal, cross-office teams  

 
Compensation: INR 3.8 LPA (INR 2.5 LPA Gross)
