Job Profile 1: Operations Consultant

Job Description:

You will be working with the Delhi Operations team to improve driver and rider experience. You will beresponsible to assist in the execution of the project & get an opportunity to kickstart your career withone of the world’s fastest growing startups.

What you’ll do:

- Educate our driver partners through telecalling and influence driver behaviour on the UberPlatform

- Run on-ground operations projects end to end

- Identify partners' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives to solve for driver experience on Uber

What you'll need:

- Strong communication skills in Hindi

- Outgoing and easily interacts with people

- Empathetic: Empathy towards driver partners and willingness to help them.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel 

Job Profile 2: Operations Executive – Photographer

You will be working with the Delhi Operations team to improve in-app Uber driver profiles. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution and set up a permanent process. Also, you will get an opportunity to kickstart your career with one of the world’s fastest growing startups.

What you'll Do:

- Work on photoshoots of our driver profiles

- Coordinate with the team and set up the on-groundprocess

- Manage the entire project end-to-end

What you'll need:

- Must be able to click great portraits (without the use of editing software)

- Hustle to get things done

- Execution focus: top-notch project management skills, confident, focus and the ability to get things done

- Great communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively - in Hindi & English

Job Profile 3: Operations Consultant - Partner Support

Job Description:

You will be working with the Delhi Operations team to improve in-app Uber driver profiles. You will be responsible to assist in the execution of the project & get an opportunity to kickstart your career with the world’s fastest growing startup.

What you’ll do:

- Assist during photoshoots of our driver profiles

- Coordinate with the vendors and get work done

- Assist in managing the entire project

What you'll need:

- Basic computer Softwares knowledge

- Strong communications skills. (English, Hindi)

- Empathetic: Empathy towards driver partners and willingness to help them.
