Job Description :
We are looking for Operations Associate to join our young team and help build the company. The member of this team will be responsible for end to end processes for supplier on-boarding and relationship management, customer request handling, sales force hiring and more.

Responsibilities :
- Understand the provided services in depth, and how customers hire in the same.
- Manage deployment and quality of service providers.
- Manage relationships with existing service providers and consumers.
- Manage local regulatory concerns.
- Work with marketing team to create local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns.
- Understand the market requirement and develop strategies to scale VolksHelp in other cities.
- Work with the technical team to create a great user experience.

Skill set Required:
- Strong analytical and communication skills and a data driven decision making mentality.
- Demonstrate leadership of teams and projects - Ability to influence and lead both internal teams and our service professionals.
- Hustle and get things done attitude.
- Super organized and a logical thinker.
- Experience of working in a startup, or operations is a plus
