- The candidate will be the face of Uber for the partners coming to the GL. You will primarily assist the partners with their queries and deliver a world class experience to every Uber partner visiting the GL.
- Help new partners join Uber
- Provide support to partners with their queries
- Ensure the highest quality of customer support in each interaction
- Find the best possible solution for the grievances for the partner
Skills Required:
- A background in customer service is highly preferred
- You must be fluent in Kannada
- A hustler with good people skills would be an ideal candidate
L2 EXPERT
Job Description:
- Help new partners join Uber
- Provide support to partners with their queries while maintaining a great experience
- Handle escalations and difficult conversations
- Report the status of operations to the team and measure the effectiveness of the same
Skills Required:
- A background in customer service is highly preferred
- You must be fluent in Kannada
- Good people skills are a must for this role
- You must be comfortable with Excel
SENIOR EXPERT
Job Description:
- Maintain healthy metrics for your workstream
- Supervise the floor in real time
- Solve problems and escalate issues to the operations team
- Conduct daily huddles and keep the team motivated
- Train and mentor the GL Experts to achieve their goals
Skills Required:
- You should have an analytical mindset and should be good with numbers
- Kannada speakers will be given a preference
- People management skills will be the key for this role
- Should have reasonably good Excel skills
