Job Description:

• Developing & ensuring execution of Operational Processes to allow the business to efficiently operate and grow

• Pilot the team to offer the best Customer experience 

• Executing projects aligned with the company vision

• Proactively keeping an eye out for innovations that lead to seamless customer experience 

• Recruitment of staff members to ensure a healthy and efficient work environment 

• Monitoring real time service levels and schedule adherence.

• Monitoring daily levels of inventory and proactive dealing with various vendors.
