Position: Operations Associate
Job location: Noida
Desired Experience: 0.5 - 2 Years
Education: Any Graduate
Salary: INR 3 - 3.8 LPA (fixed + variable component) & should be comfortable with rotational night shift 5 days working
Timings: Day Shift
Roles and Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance: Support operations team to ensure seamless reviewal and verification of calls made by call agents
Managing Customer CRM: Updating tasks and notes on the customers CRM basis calls made by call agents
Workflow Design: Build and manage multiple client outreach campaigns for US clients, on our platform
Analytical Decision Making: Tracking all SLAs for the project as well all metrics of the system
Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills;
- Exceptional listening and attention to detail skills;
- Highly process oriented;
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment;
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
