Job Description:

- Take inbound calls and Make outbound calls

- Will be primarily responsible for auditing and invoicing of bills

- Contact our brand partners through various channels and verify the usage of our users.

- Should be comfortable in travelling for office procurement and payment collection.

- Assisting in Sales and corporate events

- Responding to customer feedback received through various channels

- Timely responses to all queries and complaints, whether by e-mail or phone

- Clerical responsibilities of answering telephone calls and making the appropriate transfers

Skill Set Required:

- Should be proficient with MS-excel and Ms-word.

- Should be fluent with English and Hindi.
