Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and
reviewing
• Set up appointments with corporate to present & sign up for corporate
travel
• Back end process in book flight tickets, hotel booking
• Co-ordinate with the support team for any issues faced by the client
Skill Set Required:
• Ensure the highest level of customer services are maintained all the time
• Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations
management
• Excellent communication and listening skills
