Padharo Travels.Originated from the little town, Udaipur, in India, also known as the Venice of East, We call ourselves "Padharo" which means "Welcome". Knitting the essence of travel by amalgamating you with Locals, we are all about curating exceptional local experiences as one lands into a city unknown, a new land altogether. Our journey started in 2016, as we started thinking about the problem tourists face at local level, in this Online world. With some of our members travelling extensively around, we realised that TRUST is a big factor as we travel. And, with numerous information options available today, during the travel, we are mostly confused with what to do and what not.
So, we are on a mission to bring together everything that we need as a traveler. We envision "Padharo" as a platform that will enable our traveler to plan, to travel to the best of the place's potential, in budget, and a platform that will be their local guide.
We all love and listen to stories, don't we? So, we built "Padharo" as a platform that enables the traveler to read stories of fellow travelers and locals, and also share their own stories to help others. Thereby enabling the traveler for making an informed decision, explore the city, opt for locally curated activities, and taking specialised tours on the go

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. On-boarding partners across categories, like car, bike, cycle, guides, auto, etc. adding tourist attractions with content on the platform
2. Identifying and adding key shops and restaurants on the platform (pre-defined criteria)
3. On-boarding Hotel partners on Padharo subscription model
4. On-boarding activities/adventure curators
5. Ensuring smooth execution of tours/activities in respective cities
6. Working on app downloads by travelers. Getting downloads and users
7. Getting feedbacks from the users, and providing to the implementation team
8. Traveling across the city/ies to identify unidentified treasures, and adding those to the list on Padharo.
9. Flexibility to work in a startup scenario, going beyond the boundary
