Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-Maintaining administrator passwords, password Lists and logs.
-Maintaining Escalation List.
-Document reviews / Team Signatures
a)Operations Shift check
b)Customer’s Shift check
c)Customer’s Operations logs
-Sign for DC Equipment Movement Form.
-Scan and filling
-Run-sheet
a)Review to make sure is workable before handover to Ops
b)Implementation
-Shift Checks
a)Add / Delete / Review monitoring / scheduled tasks
-Customer Monthly logs
a)Add / Review for New Customer Logs
b)Review and send to SDM
-Customer Ad-hoc Request
a)Create / Review /Send to SDM for Approval before pass down to Ops
-Review Incident Report before send to SDM
-Duty Roster Planning
-Must be able to work shifts and is flexible in changing shifts when required.
-Good communication skills & interpersonal skills.
-Good knowledge of:-
a)Operating Systems – Windows / UNIX / CITRIX /AS400 / servers
b)Monitoring software – BMC / Solar winds / Web watcher / Cacti
c)Desktop Applications – Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer etc.
d)Backup Applications – Symantec/ VERITAS / Net backup / Arc serve / Commsvault.
-Able to work independently with due diligence and with minimal supervision.
