Job Description: 

Understanding the client’s requirement online inbound (chat) and offering them the right quotations.

Prior Sales experience is preferred.

Giving the real time experience by handling their queries and assisting them.

Pitch the client and follow up with them for the business closure.

Working closely with the Operations Team and Sales Team for planning and report analysis.

Inclination towards sales/sales acumen/sales orientation.

Converting potentials leads into customers.

Flexible with Shifts.

Skills Required: 

Ability to work under pressure.

Excellent Communication Skills.

Ability to work in a team.

Typing speed 30-40 w.p.m.

Interview Process: Online test, Typing test and Personal interview.
