Salary: - Post Training Period Salary  INR Upto 1.5 LPA and 20 % Increment after 6 month as per performance

Bond/Probation: Training period 45 days

Job Description and Skill Set Required:-

-Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients
-Excellent communication skills both written and oral Client Interaction
-Must have 1yr experience in generating new business from Bidding portals like Up work  Guru, Freelanceretc.
-Should have good knowledge on bidding Mobile & Web apps/ Ecommerce projects and achieve targets.
-Good proposal writing, Follow-ups, communication skills
-Fair understanding of web, mobile & software domain.
-Positive approach and zeal to drive through targets.
-Open to work in different shifts.
-Tracking and following the sales trends in the market.
-Project management, data analytics-based decision making,
-Proposal modelling (RFP/RFQ) and CSD based process, Account conversion and Client handling Deal Negotiations, Closures.
-Generate sales / leads via cold calling, email marketing leads etc.
-Should be willing to give a long-term commitment (if needed must sign a bond with us)
