Profile Offered: Officer - New Product Support

Job Location: Mumbai

Course Specialization: Any Graduate

Desired Experience: 0 - 2 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and assisting in demand planning for New products
  • Maintaining system definitions for the demand planner
  • Servicing of project sales material as per the requirement of Project Sales / Marketing team
  • Co-ordination with production / plant / OPC / Logistics team for setting priority and ensuring timely dispatches of material
  • Demand Planning
  • Introduction of new SKUs into the various systems and maintaining master data
  • Assisting in demand forecasting for New Product SKUs
  • Identifying and implementing ways to improve estimation for new products
  • Closure of Demand Planning activity within the specified timelines and ensure the correctness of the data for all the new products
  • Project Sales Servicing
  • Servicing Project sales requirement as per the estimates
  • Co-ordinating with the Brand Manager / Project Sales team 
  • Understand the requirement for project sales material at various sites and service the same
  • Co-ordinating with distribution team / Plant team / OPC team / Logistics team for servicing of material
  • Ensuring volumes of finished goods and plant/OPC are within tied-up limits
  • MIS Preparation
  • Reports related to demand planning and project sales servicing
