Job Description:

-Attending Customer Calls

-Maintain of customer enquiries & comments

-Coordinating with various centers

-Maintenance/checking of leads conversion

-Maintenance of customer complaints

-Customer feedback & surveys

-Highlight customer issues to reporting authorities

-MIS

skill Set Required:

-Good communication skills

-Past experience in automobile service/retail industry,

-Should have computer skills (MS Office)

-Should have conversant with Accounting Software(Tally 7.2,ERP)
