Job Description: 

Ensure timely address customers queries to concern dept. / person.

Be able to work independently with minimum instructions.

Handling CSD Office Documentation Process.

Able to type all kind of letters / Office Memos.

Keep track of Customer queries & calls on priority wise.

Other Back office & computer related jobs of CSD.

Skills Required: 

Good English Communication skill, Good personality, should be polite.

Good Command in MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint, MS- Outlook for Emails).

Good Typing speed & able to work in ERP (Preferable).
