About The Company: Éclat Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is a Software Solution & Services Company based out of Ahmedabad (India). Our team has been offering solutions to Libraries and has a sound understanding & domain knowledge of Open Source technologies adopted in Libraries.

We currently offer hosting services for RemoteXs; a simple to operate off campus access solution for libraries web based digital resources. We also offer Koha ILS services pre-configured on cloud for Academic, Public and School libraries, enabling institutions to provide 24X7 access to their digital library services.

Job Description:

- To perform reception and initial client support duties and support the Sales Team in the delivery of a professional service.

-To provide secretarial and administrative support, including typing, minute taking, filing, data input, maintenance and management of information held by the Company as may be required.

-To administer client database in co-operation with the Sales Team and updating details/data relating in CRM.

-To prepare and maintain full and accurate financial records of all transactions carried out on behalf of the Company to include preparing and processing payroll, bank transactions and reconciliations, to ensure that effective management and accountability procedures are in place for the control and management of the authorised budget.

-To prepare and maintain all HR records in line with statutory and operational requirements.

-To perform such other duties, appropriate to the role, as may be required by the company from time to time.

Skill Set Required:

- Have a high degree of computer literacy- to include competence in the following applications- word processing, spreadsheets, databases, file management, e-mail and internet.

-Excellent numeracy skills with knowledge and skills in the preparation and maintenance of proper financial records and banking procedures and reporting on same.
