Probation/Training Period: 6 months

Salary: During Training Period: INR 20,000 per month
              After Training Period: INR 3 LPA - INR 4 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate's performance in the interview and will be at the company's discretion)

Job Description:
- Monitors and responds to all incoming email, telephone, and customer Portal requests in a timely manner.
- Maintains all open tickets, providing continual ticket updates to the customer, and ensuring that tickets are updated regularly.
- Respond to Alerts and Alarms from Network Monitoring Systems.
- Technical notification to the customer.
- Provides technical support to our customers, leading and directing troubleshooting activities and resolving product related issues.
- Product networking/IP configuration.
- Participate in all maintenance and upgrade activities including verification and validation.

Skill Set Required:
- Taking ownership of the work
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills.
- Strong confidence level, positive attitude and proactive behaviour.
- Open to learning and development
- Basic understanding of Internet routing, BGP, Ethernet switching, Linux, Cloud and related networking technologies.
- Field of data networking, with basic awareness of typical applications of major IP networking technologies, including the understanding of LAN/WAN technologies such as IP routing (including switches, routers, VoIP gateways, firewalls, VPN).
- Basic understanding of the following routing protocols: IP, EIRGP, OSPF, RIP, ISIS
