Job Description:

-Should be CCNA & hardware networking certified

-Support for Installing and network configuration of all Server

-Installation & Maintaining of PCs and attending day-to day user’s problem

-Configuring various types of Services  Managing User accounts using Active Directory and Group Policy

-Configuring & maintaining e-mail accounts on MS outlook and Outlook Epress

-Installing and Managing Different types of Application software

-Deployed Software, Service Packs and Windows Operating System

-Implementing Backup and Restore in External Hard drive

-Troubleshooting issue in operating system & Network by using Remote Software

-Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem solving skills

-Installing & maintain Microsoft Office
