Course Specialization: B.E./B.Tech. (CSE / IT)

Salary:  Rs.1.80 -  Rs.3.50 Lacs Per Annum

Tentative date of Interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

Interview Process: HR Round. Interview with Manager

Job Description:

- Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management.

- Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.

- Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.

- Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.

- Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.

- Printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants,software deployment, security updates and patches. 

- Configuring Microsoft Outlook / Outlook Express.

- Basic Knowledge on Network Routers / Switches  - Experience on Anti-Virus client support

- Basic knowledge of Linux Environment.

Skill Set Required: 

 - Hardware Installation, Assembling, Troubleshooting, Windows and Linux OS installation, desktop support, data network and windows server handling, website hosting

- Microsoft and Cisco Certification

B.Tech/B.E.
