- Knowledge in DHCP, DNS, Domains, Active Directory, Hyper V
- Ready to work in shifts
- Knowledge about networking
- Knowledge about Call center applications
- Need to observe PRI, ILL and MPLS links for any issues and co ordinate with SP for any issues
- Need to resolve day to day IT related issues faced by users
- Need to ensure call center services are running smoothly
- Need to Maintain and update Inventory
