Job Description and Skills Required:

To maintain the company's IT network, servers and security systems.

To investigate and diagnose network problems, collect IT usage stats, make recommendations for improving the company's IT systems and to carry out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues reported to the Service Desk.

To set up new users and managing backup, security and passwords.

To monitor internet and email use.

Responsible for protecting an organization's data. Build firewalls, install anti-virus software, and monitor an organization's networks for possible threats and breaches in security.

To set up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues Hands on experience of installing IT hardware and software.
