Job Description:

-Candidate should have experience on Microsoft Dot Net Platform technologies (ASP.Net, C#, VB.Net, SQL Server, SharePoint Etc.) hardcore Development.

-Fluent with WCF, ASP.NET, ADO.NET - WPF, XML, C#, VB.NET implementations.

-Experience with SharePoint/Moss, Should be comfortable on Web parts, workflow and Custom Development.

-Strong object oriented development skills and experience applying modern design patterns.

-Experience with .NET Web Development, Ability to analyze & create functional and development specs

-Ability to designing technical architecture, Translate specs into technical flows & implement the business logic using algorithms & functions.

-Problem solving skills with the ability to think laterally

-Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities.

-Good Exposure to Technically Document the project requirements and project developments, Ability to write quality code, test and document the code

Functional Responsibilities:

-Responsible for architecture, design and development

-Responsible for system design using UML diagrams.

-Requirement documentation and tracking, Creating and Reviewing Architecture document and technical design documents.

-Code review and ensure team follows the set standard, Design and develop reusable components and frameworks for the product using Object oriented methodology

Skills Required:

-Strong hands on experience in .Net, WCF, SQL, Web Services, ASP.Net, C#, VB.Net, SQL Server, SharePoint Etc

-Cndidates shoul have atleast 3 months of experience in Silverlight
